Richard L. Taylor
Richard L. Taylor has been engaged in the real estate development
field for over 15 years. He has developed over $200 million dollars
of retail, commercial and residential properties and has been active
in a wide range of real estate services. In his early real estate
career, Taylor served as Vice President of Development at FMR Properties
Inc., the real estate arm of the giant mutual fund company, Fidelity
Investments, and as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.
Mr. Taylor served as the first Secretary of Transportation under
Gov. Bill Weld where he was responsible for major horizontal construction
projects such as the "Big Dig" project, rail service from
Worcester to Boston, overseeing much of the construction of the
Ted Williams Tunnel and the Dudley Station Bus Terminal. He also
initiated construction for the new South Station Bus Terminal as
well as the Old Colony Commuter Rail project. He has extensive experience
with federal, state, and city compliance regulation and he managed
the disparity study for the Executive Office of Transportation and
Construction (EOTC) in Massachusetts.
In addition, Mr. Taylor worked for Blue-Cross Blue-Shield of Massachusetts,
where he served as Division Vice President for the Central and Western
region and later as Division Vice President for National Accounts.
In this capacity, he reported directly to the COO at the largest
health insurance company in Massachusetts and was responsible for
all sales, claims and member and group services for his division.
Ronald R. Mackey, CPM
Ronald J. Mackey has been active in the real estate and construction
business for over twenty-five years. He has been involved in a variety
of projects, providing expertise in financial feasibility, property
management, energy conservation and construction management. Mr.
Mackey is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), is licensed in the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a construction supervisor and real
estate broker
