Services Provided: Provide construction loan administrative services for the construction of a nine story, 165,000 sq. ft. office building. Perform plan review and cost confirmation; review construction schedule and contract administrative procedures; periodic inspections; review soils disposition plan (21E); review change orders; review construction progress payment request; prepare monthly progress reports.
Summer Hill Shopping Center

Services Provided: Provide construction loan administrative services for a 95,000 sq. ft. shopping center containing twelve stores with 580 parking spaces and an on-site waste treatment plant. Performed technical review of plans and specifications; construction cost confirmation for shopping center; waste treatment plant; special soils dynsification program; methane gas collection system; site retaining walls; street reconfiguration and traffic control system. Reviewed construction contracts; project schedule; cash flow projections etc. Performed periodic inspections, reviewed change orders and monthly construction advance request from four separate general contractors.
