Services Provided: Development Consultant/Project Manager providing a broad range of services to non-profit client during design, financing, construction and furnishing for this 35,000 sq. ft. medical facility including but not limited to: space needs assessment; locational studies; site selection and acquisition; preparation of design program criteria; financial feasibility analysis; mortgage financing; contract negotiations; project management; construction oversight; selection & purchase of medical and office equipment.

Services Provided: Managing General Partner for 122 market rate rental apartments (27% subsidized); thirty-three condominiums; 7,000 sq. ft. of retail-commercial space and 106 space underground parking garage. Project planning; supervised project design and development staff including preparation of multiple financing applications to Federal, State and City Agencies. Architectural liaison; contractor selection and contract negotiations; cost analysis and construction oversight. Provided marketing, rental and sales supervision.
