   Taylor Smith Properties Inc. is an established Boston based real estate development and consulting company. The principals have been active in development, construction and property management for over thirty years and have successfully developed properties in excess of $200,000,000 throughout the New England area. These projects have included single family homes, multi-family subsidized apartments, market rate housing, mixed-use projects, and medical/office facilities. In addition, the firm has developed a niche business of development/construction consulting to lending institutions by providing project due diligence services that include site assessment, construction document and cost review. These comprehensive services include a total review of the feasibility of the project, as well as the capabilities of the project team.

   The establishment of Taylor Smith Properties as a Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) culminated a working relationship between the named principals that extends back to 1985. The Taylor Smith principals have extensive experience performing high level professional real estate assignments including, development consulting, feasibility studies, economic impact and market assessments, investment analysis, strategic planning marketing, construction estimating, and supervision.
